The Palm Knows: My Journey Into Healing & Why I Created This Space

There are moments in life when we stop searching outside and begin listening inward to a softer voice, a deeper pulse. For me, that moment came when I gently placed my hands on my own heart, not as a technique, but as an instinct. I felt a quiet presence, a memory returning, not from the mind, but from the palm. That was the beginning of I USE MY PALM.

My journey into healing began with Reiki. At first, I was simply curious. But as I received my first attunement and started practicing, something opened. Energy moved. Emotions softened. I began to understand that our hands are not just tools, they are gateways. Over time, I trained through all levels of Reiki, eventually walking the path of Master and Teacher, not only in the traditional Usui lineage but also through the mystical current of Egyptian Reiki, where the symbols feel like echoes of my soul's memory.

But healing didn’t stop at the hands. I was called into the language of vibration, sound.

I remember the first time I struck a Tibetan singing bowl and felt the sound move through my body like a wave of light. That moment became a whole new journey. I began exploring sound healing deeply, working with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, voice, and the sacred silence in between. I learned that sound doesn't just relax us, it returns us. It brings us home to the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten.

Over time, my work expanded into other realms of remembrance:Past Life Regression, where we explore the soul’s memories across lifetimes.Tarot, where symbols become mirrors for truth.The Akashic Records, where the soul speaks clearly when we learn how to listen.And Soul Retrieval, where scattered pieces return, and wholeness becomes real again.

All of this became the heartbeat of I USE MY PALM.

This studio, this name, this offering, it’s not about me. It’s about the sacred act of remembering. The way we come back to our bodies. The way the palms guide us gently. The way healing is already within us, waiting for a safe space to rise.
