- To maintain a smooth and mindful experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our booking policy: Advance booking is required for all classes and sessions. - Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class begins to settle in and ground yourself. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be allowed to join the session to preserve the group’s energy flow. - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the class to receive credit for future use.
